Roz founded Finance with Flow after more than 15 years running large corporate finance teams, wanting to return to businesses where her extensive knowledge and experience can really make an impact.

Roz’s desire is to enable businesses, their owners and managers, to truly fulfil their potential by removing the worry of dealing with finances and proactively providing information to allow informed decisions.

Roz has a heart led approach to business, working with the person as well as the numbers. This is carried through to how Finance with Flow is run, where we focus on developing potential, embracing flexibility and team spirit.
